About me
I am a well-trained neonatologist with good clinical acumen. I have keen interest in research with more than 30 indexed publications in international journals. My areas of research include microbiome, brain injury, developmental outcomes and systematic review and meta-analysis. I have presented at the prestigious Pediatric Academic society and has been reviewer for the abstract in 2024 PAS, Toronto. I have contributed to textbooks chapters in India. Worked with public sector hospitals for quality improvement in reduction of neonatal mortality. I have contributed as author, to the national guidelines for ‘Care of Normal newborn’ (Clinical Practice guidelines/CPG, India). I am currently one of the associate Editor of BMJ – Paediatrics Open Journal.
I am one of the youngest neonatologists to be awarded FRCPCH. I have good managerial skills with good experience on operations and finance. I have completed my full MBA (2 years) in healthcare and hospital management from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technical Science college, in India. My leadership skills were very well received by previous working organization in India and the U.K. I have blend of clinical excellence (30+ indexed publications) with strategic leadership (Operational and financial responsibility of 30 bedded mother and child hospital specialty hospital, successfully lead NABH & NICU accreditations) and Medico-Legal acumen.
